Machine's features
1. Dotslaser adopts water cooling, compact design machine's appearance, electro-optical conversion efficiency had reached up to 35%, free maintenance, which is superior to other laser sources of the same power, adopts international standard QBH delivery and RS232 serial port control.
2. Integrated capacitive height adjuster allows for non-contact processing. The system features intelligent path optimization and intelligent control card that prompts machine status, conserves energy, and reduces noise. Additionally, it has a layer automatic blowing control, worktime estimation, position adjustment, and cutting compensation. The machine is easy to operate, and even new workers can become proficient in basic operations after 2-3 days of training.
3. The machine features an integrated capacitive height adjuster and non-contact processing, as well as a Z-axis servo system. It offers a steady and fast automatic cutting height adjustment function. The machine also includes various nozzle designs to match different material thicknesses. In addition, the lens and nozzle are coaxially adjusted in the X-Y direction for accurate cutting head focal length adjustments of up to 0.01mm
4. The bed is made of rectangular tube segments that are welded together, and the module mounting position is finished with machining to achieve an accuracy level of 0.02mm. The bed has the advantages of high strength, stability, and tensile strength, which ensures that it can be used for 20 years without any deformation.
